About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and providing insights that drive business decisions. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of data analytics and proficiency in Power BI.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and clean data for analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Design and develop data visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation to support analysis.
• Implement ETL processes to prepare data for analysis.
• Work within Agile frameworks, specifically with metrics related to Scrum and Kanban.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in data analytics and working with Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and DAX for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data preparation and ETL processes.

Nice to Have

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality management.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
