What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with client requirements.
  • Utilize your expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow to enhance service delivery and support processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions effectively.
  • Conduct data analysis and statistical analysis to identify trends and improve service quality.
  • Assist in the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other platforms, including Azure and Power Platform.
  • Document processes and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support roles, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Azure Active Directory for cloud administration.
  • Experience with SQL, API development, and data analytics tools like Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Health Informatics or Business Central.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in customer service.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD processes.
