Merchandise Executive - Curator Store (Remote)
About the Role
We're hiring a Merchandise Executive to join our Curator Store team at Lane Crawford, a prestigious luxury department store. In this Merchandise Executive remote role, you will partner with Buyers to support merchandise selection and order placement for innovative programs, working closely with key influencers and designers.
What You'll Do
- Analyze product sales trends and provide feedback to Buyers on future seasonal buys.
- Collaborate with brand partners and vendors on purchase orders and shipment follow-ups.
- Oversee merchandise details by tracking purchase order data efficiently.
- Regularly communicate with our Retail Store Team regarding product shipments and updates.
- Support training materials related to trends and products.
- Work with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, to enhance our award-winning campaigns.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Textile/Fashion Design, Logistics, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in customer service, vendor liaison, and logistics support.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or wholesale merchandising.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
