Member of Accounting - Stablecoins (Remote)

About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Accounting - Stablecoins, where you'll play a crucial role in the end-to-end accounting processes for our stablecoin issuance platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary preparer for stablecoin-related accounting and reporting activities, supporting management review and approval.
• Utilize advanced Google Sheets skills to efficiently manage large data sets.
• Prepare and record stablecoin customer flows, including cash movements and issuance/redemption entries.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations to support accurate and complete stablecoin reporting.
• Prepare monthly stablecoin reserve reports and assist with the attestation process with independent auditors.
• Verify reporting accuracy for existing stablecoin products and new launches.
• Support SOX compliance, SEC reporting, audit, and tax activities.
• Contribute to special accounting projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience in crypto or stablecoin accounting.
• Prior experience with monthly stablecoin attestations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in creating and editing SQL queries related to large data sets.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with NetSuite or other accounting software.
• Experience in the Digital Assets, SaaS, or technology industry.
• Familiarity with blockchain and crypto innovations.
