ERP Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will help our clients transform their finance processes with Dynamics 365 Finance, working in a collaborative environment with Microsoft professionals on innovative solutions for large companies across various industries.

What You'll Do

• Support the analysis and mapping of finance and related business processes at client organizations.
• Assist in gathering business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance functionality to support client processes, controls, and reporting needs.
• Contribute to the implementation lifecycle including configuration, testing, and deployment activities, working closely with both onshore and offshore team members.
• Support solution quality by following agreed standards, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide functional support to end users, including assisting with training sessions, preparing documentation, and supporting issue resolution during and after go-live.
• Participate in projects across different clients and industries, gaining exposure to a variety of finance processes and business environments.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary project team alongside project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, and developers, while communicating closely with client key users.
• Support presales activities when needed by contributing finance-related input to proposals, demonstrations, or solution assessments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 for Finance or previous versions.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in providing functional support and training to end users.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the ERP community.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled finance solutions.
• Knowledge of other ERP systems.
• Certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance.
