About the Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer - Experimentation Focus (Remote) to join our dynamic team.   • Participate in regular team meetings to share findings and strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and CRO.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Excel).
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and visual design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with B2C sales and customer service principles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ecommerce and paid media buying.
  • Knowledge of decision science and statistical analysis.
  • Graphic design skills for ad creation.
