About the Role

- Collaborate with the Component Solutions team to support day-to-day operations.
- Implement innovative ideas to improve production flow and efficiency.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Mechanical Trade qualification and hands-on experience in a related field.
- Solid understanding of production, manufacturing, or process environments.
- Ability to implement new ideas and contribute to performance improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build proactive relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- HRWL Forklift license and First Aid certification (desirable).
