Mechanical Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

About the Role

Join our innovative team as a Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical projects for a large-scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. This Mechanical Project Manager remote position is based in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and mobilization will take place in summer of 2026. This role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000, along with company-provided housing for you and your dependents, a vehicle, paid utilities, and paid quarterly trips back to your home. Additionally, you will benefit from generous foreign income exclusion eligibility, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, health savings account, and paid time off.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate all mechanical construction activities on our projects.
  • Collaborate with mechanical trades superintendents, subcontractors, and RQ team members.
  • Ensure quality work is produced within government specifications, targeted budget, and schedule.
  • Manage projects from conceptual design to completion in support of RQ's mission and values.
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple projects with mechanical scopes of at least $5,000,000.

Requirements

  • A 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required.
  • Five or more years of work experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
  • Experience in government, military, or large commercial construction is preferred.
  • Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6 is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the design-build industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing projects in medical centers or dental facilities.
  • Specific software literacy in BIM is preferred.
