About the Role

FICS, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team remotely! As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to design and implement effective marketing strategies that showcase our cutting-edge loan origination and servicing software products. Your role will involve creating engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and analyzing market trends to help us stay ahead of the competition.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to enhance brand visibility.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe CC Applications for graphic design tasks.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing, preferably in the mortgage or financial software industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe CC Applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with email marketing is preferred but not required.
• A creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and innovate.
