- Network with potential and existing clients by attending events such as association meetings, office visits, lunch & learns, and open house visits.
- Research new tools to increase business, leads, and visibility within our market.
- Model our impeccable service standards and represent the company positively in the community.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Outside sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with title and escrow practices and terminology.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
- Disciplined, self-starter mentality with an appreciation for autonomy.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite, social media, and industry-specific applications.
