As a Marketing Representative, you will act as an ambassador for Pioneer Title Agency, building relationships and exemplifying our exceptional service standards throughout Pima County. What You'll Do

• Utilize a systematic sales approach to consistently acquire new business by cultivating relationships with real estate agents, lenders, investors, and builders.
• Network with potential and existing clients by attending events such as association meetings, office visits, lunch & learns, and open house visits.
• Research and implement new tools to increase business visibility and generate leads within our market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance our brand presence and outreach.
• Manage and organize client interactions to ensure a seamless experience and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of title and escrow practices, terminology, and industry standards.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively convey our services and build rapport.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively, demonstrating a disciplined, self-starter mentality.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and industry-specific applications.
