About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency across the funnel by managing marketing technology, campaign operations, data management, and performance analytics. As a Marketing Operations Manager remote, you will empower our organization to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other go-to-market systems.
  • Oversee campaign setup, execution, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and performance optimization.
  • Own lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, routing, and maintaining funnel hygiene in collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and funnel conversion.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and enrichment across marketing and go-to-market systems.
  • Partner with GTM Operations to identify workflow automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technologies to enhance productivity, targeting, and attribution accuracy.
  • Manage technology vendor relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to execute projects on time.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related GTM Operations roles within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar automation tools and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven success in improving funnel performance and operational efficiencies across marketing and sales.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, data operations, campaign measurement, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
