Marketing Manager - Remote Position at NGEN Mission Critical
About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at NGEN Mission Critical. This Marketing Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead marketing strategies that support our innovative products and solutions. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with NGEN’s growth objectives.
- Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and launch support, in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
- Create and manage sales enablement materials such as product cut sheets, brochures, and case studies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
- Partner with Applications Engineers and OEM partners to coordinate technical content and marketing assets.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including newsletters, email campaigns, SEO, and AEO.
- Establish repeatable marketing processes and workflows as the company scales.
- Present marketing plans and updates to internal leadership.
Requirements
- Advanced education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing management experience, with at least 2–3 years in industrial infrastructure or physical hardware-based products.
- Experience in data centers, utilities, electrical infrastructure, or adjacent industries is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to market physical products and technical services.
- Strong understanding of the electrical and cooling infrastructure market.
- Experience collaborating with engineering or technical teams.
- Ability to create and own core marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Experience in fast-moving or growth-stage environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO practices.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
What We Offer
- Base salary of $105,000 - $130,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
- Annual bonus of up to 25% of base salary based on performance.
- 401k or RRSP match of up to 5% of base salary.
