Marketing Manager - Crypto Education Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in Kyrgyzstan. This remote Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity to drive crypto education and engage with local communities. You will take full ownership of local marketing campaigns, ensuring that Binance's offerings resonate with the Kyrgyz market.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of regional marketing, from business strategy to daily execution.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with local culture.
• Sign and execute sponsorship projects independently.
• Design and implement user growth campaigns focusing on acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Build and strengthen community engagement, collaborating with Binance Angels and local partners.
• Organize and manage offline and online events, including meetups and roadshows.
• Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment (ROI).
• Deliver timely and clear reporting on campaign performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global and product marketing teams to localize campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in Web3, fintech, or agency settings.
• Proven track record in campaign management, community building, or brand management.
• Bilingual in English and Kyrgyz is required; Russian is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to take full ownership and operate with accountability.
• Based in Kyrgyzstan with a wide local network.
• Experience in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.
