What You'll Do
- Lead the Digital Demand team, managing over 250,000 annual email sends and ensuring the effective delivery of internal communications.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email automation and paid channels, to accelerate pipeline velocity and sales productivity.
- Oversee digital marketing operations, ensuring data integrity and optimization across platforms like Marketo, WordPress, and Google Analytics 4.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business growth goals and sales priorities.
- Drive the creation of sales enablement content that supports lead generation and enhances the sales process.
- Partner with product and data teams to maximize engagement with new capabilities and ensure effective product messaging.
- Provide insights and reports on marketing performance to demonstrate the impact on revenue and productivity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of corporate experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Marketo and GA4.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving marketing initiatives that contribute to revenue generation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and inform future strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships across the organization.
