Marketing Lead - Crypto & Web3 Focus

About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to join our team at Alliance, the leading accelerator for crypto founders. In this remote Marketing Lead position, you will own our brand and marketing strategy, ensuring that every ambitious founder knows about Alliance and applies to our programs. You will report directly to Roberto, our co-founder and CPO, and be a key player in shaping the future of our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute Alliance’s marketing strategy with a focus on driving founder applications.
• Lead content creation across various platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and our Good Game podcast.
• Run live events such as Demo Days and MVP Hackathons to engage with the community.
• Manage contractors for video, photo, and editing tasks as needed.
• Shape Alliance’s voice to resonate with crypto-native and Gen Z audiences.
• Launch creative campaigns that position Alliance at the forefront of founder culture in NYC and globally.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

• Crypto-native understanding of the culture, memes, and market cycles.
• Proven marketing track record at a leading crypto protocol, fund, or top-tier tech/VC firm.
• Ability to speak authentically to both founders and Gen Z audiences.
• Exceptional skills on X (Twitter) with the ability to grow beyond the crypto bubble.
• Hands-on individual contributor orientation; you will be the team.
• High-agency, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools to enhance productivity.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a marketing lead at Solana, Hyperliquid, or similar top crypto protocols.
• Prior marketing leadership at a tier-1 VC firm.
• Product marketing experience at major tech companies like Meta, Stripe, or OpenAI.
• Background as a founder or early team member of a VC-backed startup.
• Clear signals of exceptional ability in competitive gaming or top academic achievements.
