About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator - Demand Generation to join our team at Atlassian. As a Marketing Coordinator remote, you will play a crucial role in executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth for our SaaS platform, DX.

What You'll Do

  • Support the setup, QA, and ongoing management of paid campaigns across platforms like Google and LinkedIn.
  • Draft and edit ad copy, coordinate creative tests, and analyze performance data to identify trends.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists, including cleaning data and fixing issues in our CRM.
  • Draft email sequences based on briefs from demand generation managers and assist with scheduling and deployment.
  • Coordinate the publishing of SEO-optimized content in our CMS, ensuring all on-page details are accurate.
  • Assist with A/B testing on landing pages and conversion paths to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Support experimental programs with list building and asset coordination.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related analytical role.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from metrics.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and email marketing.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new tools and platforms.
