About the Role

As a Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive results.

What You'll Do

• Manage the Marketing Campaigns Calendar and oversee the quarterly planning process, collaborating closely with channel leads and senior marketing leadership.
• Gather and analyze performance and customer insights to inform campaign planning and report findings regularly to senior stakeholders.
• Develop efficient campaign production processes that optimize creativity and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Coordinate the delivery of campaign assets across various channels including direct mail, email, paid social, search, and display, ensuring brand consistency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues that may arise during campaign execution.
• Plan capacity and schedule workflow for in-house content and design teams as well as external agencies or freelancers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in agency or in-house settings.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on collaborative working across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A highly motivated self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
