About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Binance. As a Marketing Business Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive marketing strategies and enhance business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
  • Perform operations, strategies, and specific KOL traffic analysis, including performance analysis (registration conversion).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.
