Manufacturing Production Operator - Night Shift
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Production Operator to join our team on the night shift in Taipei, Taiwan. As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this operational position, as effective communication is essential for coordinating with your team.
What You'll Do
- Operate machinery according to production processes for product assembly.
- Utilize soldering equipment for connectors and wiring.
- Coordinate with other operators to meet production and procedural standards.
- Conduct basic product inspections to ensure quality.
- Maintain daily production records accurately.
- Participate in 5S maintenance of the work environment.
- Engage in assembly and quality training as required.
- Experience with BNA, PNA, and TDR testing instruments is preferred.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Experience with soldering is a plus.
- Familiarity with using soldering guns is advantageous.
- Ability to perform visual inspections is preferred.
- Experience with calipers and basic inspection tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary starting at NT$35,000 per month.
- Full attendance bonus of NT$1,000.
- Meal allowance of NT$1,800.
- Night shift allowance of NT$600 per day, with an estimated monthly total of NT$13,200.
- Work hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a break from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
