About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing & Logistics Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage supply chain activities for a fast-growing consumer brand, ensuring smooth coordination with manufacturers and logistics partners to optimize production and fulfillment processes. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with domestic and overseas manufacturers to maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Track shipments and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Reconcile inventory data across systems to ensure consistency.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with trade and shipping regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain product quality standards throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Experience working with domestic and international manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing 3PL relationships effectively.
  • Background in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex data.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supply chain optimization tools.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and tracking systems.
  • Certifications in supply chain management or logistics.
