What You'll Do

• Oversee the development and optimization of mobile applications using React Native, Swift, and other technologies.
• Implement CI/CD practices to streamline development processes and improve deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive technical leadership in mobile platform engineering, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Engage with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor and enhance application performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Support the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on mobile development.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and leading projects.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technologies, including React Native and Swift.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in IoT and SaaS environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS and cloud services.
