What You'll Do
- Serve as the first line of support for homeowners, handling high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Educate policyholders on coverage details and policy changes, ensuring they understand their options.
- Process homeowners insurance policies and payments efficiently.
- Navigate multiple internal systems to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Complete a mandatory, paid 10-week training program to equip you with the necessary skills.
- Work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with a supportive team.
- Utilize your active Property & Casualty (P&C) license to assist customers effectively.
- Demonstrate strong communication and empathy skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- 6+ months of customer service experience in P&C insurance.
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with homeowners insurance policies and the ability to explain coverage clearly.
- Comfort with multiple systems and tools to manage customer interactions.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) proficiency is a bonus.
