About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Operations Associate to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our legal operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency. As a Legal Operations Associate, you will be integral to managing contract lifecycle processes, improving organizational workflows, and supporting our legal team in various capacities.

What You'll Do

• Manage and streamline contract lifecycle management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with legal and project management teams to enhance operational workflows.
• Utilize technology tools such as Ironclad and Salesforce to manage legal documentation effectively.
• Conduct legal research and assist in contract reviews to support the legal team.
• Engage in vendor management and procurement processes to optimize resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal project management and contract management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and Ironclad is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of employee benefits consulting.
