Legal Internship - Remote

About the Role

As a Legal Intern at Yubo, you will have the opportunity to work remotely while supporting the legal operations of our international team. This Legal Internship - Remote position focuses on compliance with major regulatory frameworks, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in privacy, regulatory, contract, and consumer law matters. You will be an integral part of our legal team, assisting with various tasks that contribute to our mission.

What You'll Do

• Support the Legal team in day-to-day tasks, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct legal research on EU digital regulations to help inform our practices.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, enhancing your understanding of legal writing.
• Help maintain internal compliance documentation, ensuring all records are up to date.
• Monitor regulatory developments and summarize insights for the team.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that require legal expertise.
• Organize legal workflows and knowledge management to improve efficiency.
• Prepare presentations or training sessions on legal topics for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Law school or completing a Master 2 in Business / IT / Privacy / Tech law.
• Solid academic grounding in private business law, data privacy, IP, contracts, and consumer law.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent research skills.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital regulation.
• Prior internships in a law firm or tech company are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with contract law and consumer protection regulations.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR.
