What You'll Do

• Lead the creation of UK-focused visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging visuals that resonate with our audience.
• Produce motion content and static assets to enhance brand presence.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams for optimization of visual strategies.
• Analyze performance data to continuously improve visual strategies.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design processes and efficiency.
• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI tools for creative production.
• Strong sense of layout, composition, and typography.
• Ability to execute quickly under tight deadlines.
