About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to oversee our strategic accounts in a fully remote capacity. As a Lead Customer Success Manager - Remote, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high-value enterprise customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our SaaS solutions. Your fluency in both French and Spanish will be essential in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer success initiatives for strategic accounts, focusing on relationship management and program management.

Requirements
