Senior Product Designer - Business Onboarding for Global FinTech

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer remote to join one of the teams in our Business Squad. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders. Your mission: You’ll be joining one of the teams that define how we onboard our business customers when they’ve chosen Wise for their financial needs.

What You'll Do

• Get to know Wise customers, building empathy and deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
• Use the full range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver simple, well-crafted experiences that put our customers first.
• Be influential in your team, guiding them to prioritize customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality.
• Ship work you’re proud of by crafting experiences that are innovative, easy to use, and clear.
• Own your impact by deciding what opportunities to work on and defining the success metrics.
• Elevate product quality by defining what ‘good’ looks like for your team and helping them deliver it.
• Be part of a positive change in the world by fixing a broken, greedy system and putting people and businesses in control of their money.

Requirements

• A portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people.
• Experience in prototyping and presenting your work effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills, designing in the open and leveraging other functions’ expertise.
• Comfortable designing for web surfaces including desktop and mobile formats.
• Experience working with design systems to produce scalable and functional designs.
• Practice evidence-based design and can rationalize your decisions clearly and credibly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a FinTech environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
• Familiarity with user testing methodologies.
