About the Role

We're looking for a Late Co-Founder - CMO / Growth to join Teneo Protocol, a full-stack infrastructure for the agentic internet. This is not just a marketing hire; it's a pivotal role at the founding table where you will take full ownership of how Teneo shows up in the world. As a Late Co-Founder, you will shape our strategy and translate our innovative solutions into compelling messaging that drives action among users, developers, and enterprises. This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing efforts in a rapidly evolving space while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-scope marketing, growth, and ecosystem strategy for Teneo.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across crypto and AI sectors.
• Develop and execute a narrative that resonates with our community and stakeholders.
• Lead content creation, thought leadership, and developer education initiatives.
• Manage user journeys from end-to-end, including website, landing pages, dashboards, and the agent console.
• Implement B2B marketing strategies for enterprise adoption of our Agent Console and Consumer SDK.
• Conduct market intelligence to analyze competitors, trends, and community signals.

Requirements

• Proven founder experience or true end-to-end ownership in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of Web3, protocols, infrastructure, and crypto go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to simplify deeply technical products and communicate their value effectively.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can move quickly.
• Prepared to lead through the Token Generation Event (TGE) and beyond.

Nice to Have

• Experience in community building and engagement within the crypto space.
• Familiarity with decentralized technologies and their applications.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and user feedback.
