About the Role

We are seeking a Landscape Account Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will manage and monitor daily operations, ensuring client expectations and contract specifications are met. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve new contracts and enhance existing ones, while building and maintaining a network of referral business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily operations and assigned book of business to meet client expectations.
  • Develop strategies for new contracts and contract enhancements.
  • Build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and allied trades.
  • Monitor performance against budget and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service.
  • Conduct property walk-throughs to suggest efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of employees.
  • Assign teams and equipment for maximum productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of related industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to acquire necessary applicator licenses.
  • Ability to operate power equipment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in horticulture or landscaping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and events.
