Central Data Agent - Remote Position at Swissquote

About the Role

We are looking for a Central Data Agent - Remote to join our team at Swissquote. In this role, you will be part of the Client Onboarding & Administration department, contributing to the Central Data service. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and investigating legal and tax documentation for individual clients, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations, and managing client data effectively.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and investigate legal and tax documentation for individual clients (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS).
• Process, update, and manage client data efficiently.
• Input account openings through correspondence or online channels.
• Participate in maintaining and drafting internal procedures, improving systems and tools within the bank.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including client identification and processing forms according to specific procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Legal, Tax Compliance, and Compliance departments.
• Engage frequently with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in banking or insurance, or within a fiduciary company.
• Knowledge of various banking regulations is a plus.
• Methodical and rigorous approach, able to work in a demanding environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Strong writing skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Open personality with a strong service orientation towards internal clients.
• Good integration capabilities within a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role in a financial institution.
• Additional language skills.
• Familiarity with compliance software.
