What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor assigned equipment safely and consistently according to standard operating procedures.
• Report equipment performance and any abnormalities to the Production Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety regulations, properly use personal protective equipment, and report hazardous situations.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment stoppages.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy work environment.
• Conduct visual and measurement-based quality checks, reporting any defects.
• Handle materials correctly to minimize scrap and waste.
• Participate in workplace training to enhance technical knowledge and understand the entire manufacturing process.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience handling equipment in a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for common mechanical or graphical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to perform simple inspections.
• Ability to follow operational procedures step-by-step, including starting and stopping equipment.
• Basic computer skills for communication and task execution.
• High school diploma or equivalent education, along with successful completion of required technical aptitude tests.
