BingX is looking for a dynamic KOL Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. This KOL Business Development Manager remote role offers an exciting opportunity to expand our global presence by forging meaningful partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and projects in the crypto ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and partners in the crypto industry.
• Negotiate and manage partnership contracts that drive user acquisition and brand growth.
• Develop strategies to expand BingX’s presence across different European regions through KOL/influencer marketing.
• Track performance metrics, analyze ROI of KOL campaigns, and optimize strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, influencer/KOL partnerships (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Understanding of crypto trends and user growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets is preferred.
• Fluency in English plus one additional language preferred: Spanish, Polish, Czechia, Slovakia, Belarusian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian, Ukrainian, Portuguese, etc.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
