About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at AUTO1 Group. You will play a vital role in supporting our Account Management team and enhancing operational processes.

What You'll Do

• Support the Account Management team by handling various administrative operational tasks.
• Answer customer inquiries via email, ensuring high-quality service.
• Arrange all matters related to the purchase process and transport of vehicles.
• Actively work on improving processes to enhance efficiency.
• Crosscheck activities between original documents and stored documents to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (B2-C1 level).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work meticulously, quickly, and efficiently.
• Strong independence and organizational skills to structure your day effectively.
• Process-oriented and excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
