Junior-Mid-Level Network Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We’re hiring a Junior-Mid-Level Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at Nature's Path. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Germany while contributing to the design, maintenance, and optimization of our network infrastructure. As a Junior-Mid-Level Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring reliable connectivity and enhancing network performance across our remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and maintain network systems including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure network security, compliance, and redundancy best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams on various network projects.
• Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
• Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and implementations to keep our systems up-to-date.
• Support network-related aspects of IT projects and initiatives to drive business success.

Requirements

• 0-4+ years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address network issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with a structured working style.
• Clear communication skills for conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
