About the Role
We're hiring a Junior Full-Stack TypeScript Developer to join our dynamic team at THRYVE. As a Junior Full-Stack TypeScript Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating custom software solutions tailored to meet unique customer needs. Your primary focus will be on contributing to the development of enterprise applications specializing in data analysis and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Craft custom software solutions to fulfill specific customer requirements, ensuring top-notch quality in all deliverables.
- Play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our enterprise application geared towards data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate on the design and development of our TypeScript-based frontend, utilizing Angular and seamlessly connecting with our Java backend systems.
- Take an active part in shaping the entire development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to implementing, testing, and documenting solutions.
- Utilize your expertise to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring smooth project progress.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends to improve development practices continuously.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in (business) informatics or a related field, providing a strong foundation in software development principles.
- Demonstrated experience in TypeScript development, with a solid grasp of the Angular framework.
- Familiarity with Java and JavaScript programming languages; additional proficiency in these areas is a plus.
- Ability to design and implement user interfaces for the web, using JavaScript libraries to enhance functionality.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium or Playwright is beneficial, with a willingness to expand your knowledge in this area.
- Basic understanding of SQL, JSON, Git, and Maven to facilitate collaboration within development teams.
- Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with German-speaking stakeholders.
- Comfortable with remote work setups, showing self-motivation and accountability in a distributed team environment.
