Junior Front-End Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development team and project managers to deliver high-quality websites and marketing platforms for international clients. As a Junior Front-End Developer, you will implement front-end views based on Figma designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

What You'll Do

• Implement front-end views based on Figma designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Customize and develop themes/templates within HubSpot CMS.
• Support ongoing development and optimization of client websites.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver tasks on time.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality.

Requirements

• Basic commercial experience as a Front-End Developer (internship, freelance, or junior position).
• Experience working with at least one CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g., HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 basics).
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to clean, structured code.
• Good communication skills in English (B2+ at least).
• Proactive and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Git.
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.

• Meeting with the Development Team – discussion about your solution, technical decisions, and your previous experience.
• Meeting with the Project Manager and CEO – final conversation focused on culture fit, collaboration style, and long-term growth.
