What You'll Do
- Build relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
- Provide quality service within agreed SLAs.
- Demonstrate ownership and urgency in problem resolution.
- Map feedback during client interactions.
- Proactively address school issues before they arise.
Requirements
- Clear and objective communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach.
- Ability to analyze data and identify gaps or opportunities.
- Experience in customer service (CX/CS).
- Familiarity with customer service metrics (TAT, TPR, CSAT).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle WMS Cloud or similar systems.
- Understanding of educational technology.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
