Italian-Speaking Customer Success Specialist - Social Media
About the Role
We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media) remote to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our Enterprise clients successfully implement and adopt our innovative hiring solutions on a leading social media platform. Your efforts will ensure strong performance, engagement, and a solid return on investment for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Support new Enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation of the Hiring program.
- Ensure all product and system integrations are completed accurately, focusing on quality assurance.
- Drive customer success by improving adoption, usage, and engagement with the platform.
- Guide clients on best practices based on a deep understanding of the product.
- Track customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding, license activation, and engagement goals.
- Monitor and document customer activity in CRM systems.
- Help triage and resolve technical or operational tickets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level).
- Experience analyzing data, trends, and customer information to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms, queues, cases, and tickets.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a customer success or support role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and hiring solutions.
- Previous experience in a tech or software development environment.

- Gross salary: €1,700 per month, translating to €20,400 annually.
- Relocation package, including 14 nights of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
