About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team in a remote capacity. As an IT Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting education in Germany, focusing on various IT learning fields. What You'll Do

  • Teach IT learning fields 1 to 12 according to the IHK framework curriculum.

  • Instruct students in programming with Python and object-oriented programming with Java.
  • Guide learners in database development and design using SQL.
  • Facilitate web development training using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Provide an introduction to programming and network technology.
  • Ensure students are aware of current server and client operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
  • Promote awareness of data protection (GDPR) and IT security.

Requirements

  • Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the supported education sector.
  • Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable degree.
  • Willingness to obtain a training qualification certificate (AEVO).
  • Experience in adult education with a passion for teaching.
  • Strong pedagogical and didactic competence.
  • Current IT certifications.
