What You'll Do

  • Provide technical troubleshooting for escalated issues related to network outages, server downtime, and virtualization.
  • Manage the ticket queue efficiently, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware to optimize client environments.
  • Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance and attention to detail.
  • Build professional relationships with U.S. clients through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher) to communicate with native speakers.
  • Solid experience as an IT generalist, particularly in networking, servers, and virtualization.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
  • Prior experience with a U.S.-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft (MCP), or Azure.
  • Experience with AWS or advanced VMware configurations.
