IT Manager - Remote Position for LATAM

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations for a fast-growing, U.S.-based remote company. This IT Manager remote position is crucial as it owns IT systems, vendors, and team leadership while partnering closely with senior tech leadership in a high-change, modern environment. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and leading through change.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a distributed IT team
• Own daily IT operations across a global remote workforce
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, endpoints)
• Manage IT vendors, MSPs, contracts, and SLAs
• Own and administer CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Recruit)
• Drive automation, integrations, and documentation
• Maintain cybersecurity hygiene with external vendors
• Support AI and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or systems management
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Cloud / SaaS-based background (no traditional networking focus)
• Hands-on CRM administration experience
• Proven vendor management experience
• Advanced English communication skills
• Comfortable reviewing logic or scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
• Trust-first, non-micromanaging leadership style
