IT Finance and Controlling Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Finance and Controlling Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in finance processes and operational support to enhance our financial controls and reporting capabilities. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What You'll Do

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Manage month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to maintain financial health.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
• Lead projects related to financial accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX 404 regulations.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a finance analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial management tools.
• Knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with international finance and audit processes is a plus.
