International Construction Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Construction Manager remote to lead and oversee various construction projects across multiple locations. In this role, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control, budget management, and adherence to safety standards. As an International Construction Manager remote, you will work closely with teams to coordinate efforts and achieve project goals efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all construction activities.
• Regularly report project progress to upper management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience with modular and timber construction is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in UI design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Background in B2B sales and key account management.
• Knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering.
