International Construction Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Construction Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. As an International Construction Manager, you will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage resources effectively. What You'll Do

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication among team members.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in modular or timber construction.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in construction projects.
• Knowledge of UI design and prototyping tools like Figma.
