About the Role

We are hiring an Integration Support Agent to join our team at Wert.io, a pioneering fintech startup in the Web3 payments space. As an Integration Support Agent remote, you will play a crucial role in helping our partners integrate Wert smoothly and confidently. This position is perfect for those passionate about Web3 and eager to contribute to innovative payment solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from our engineering team.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to make integrations smoother and faster.
  • Represent Wert in partner chats (Discord, Telegram, Slack), ensuring partners feel supported and informed.
  • Maintain and expand our knowledge base and internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (understanding NFTs, smart contracts, DeFi, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you enjoy finding better ways to do things.
  • Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable learning APIs, testing integrations, and understanding basic code snippets.
  • Active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, or SQL.
  • Experience in a similar integration or technical support role.
  • Additional languages.
