About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Brand Marketing Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the Integrated Brand Marketing Manager - Retail & Services, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance Sur La Table's in-store experiences and service-led offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping customer-led strategies that connect store experiences and services to brand equity and engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies for retail programs and customer services aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Translate customer behavior and store insights into focused strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create integrated briefs for Retail & Services initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader brand priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Social, PR, and Digital to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Support quarterly and seasonal GTM planning with a focus on Retail & Services.
  • Track performance of initiatives and optimize future planning based on insights.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Retail, Store Operations, and Services teams.
  • Ensure storytelling integrates seamlessly across digital, social, email, and in-store experiences.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer-led marketing strategies that connect brand storytelling to commercial outcomes.
  • Strong experience in creating integrated briefs that guide creative execution.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across various teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Experience in supporting seasonal or quarterly GTM planning.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using performance insights for optimization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail, services, hospitality, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing.
