Institutional Sales Representative - Prime for Crypto Platform
About the Role
Anchorage Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative - Prime remote to join our team and drive new business from institutional clients active in the digital asset industry. As an Institutional Sales Representative - Prime remote, you will serve as a subject matter expert for our Global Markets suite of products, providing high-touch service and support to our high-value institutional clients across various segments, including protocols, venture capital, and hedge funds.
What You'll Do
- Drive incremental trading volume market share gains for the Global Markets business for crypto-native firms.
- Act as the first point of contact for all things global markets to multiple client segments.
- Quickly solve client needs by leveraging internal relationships.
- Establish sales methodologies and operational processes to enhance our go-to-market strategy.
- Lead client or product-specific campaigns that will drive new business and enhance Anchorage Digital's offerings.
- Participate in industry events and build a network of clients and industry peers as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital.
- Collaborate across departments to effectively close deals and provide the best experience to our clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales.
- A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
- A robust network of institutional clients active in the digital assets industry.
- Excellent communication skills, relationship management, and sales acumen.
