About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Business Development Manager to join our team at Bitget, a leading digital assets ecosystem. This remote role is perfect for a Russian speaker who is passionate about the future of finance and digital assets. You will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing relationships with potential market makers, brokers, and other customer groups who utilize API trading tools.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target potential markets and customers, focusing on those who use APIs as their primary trading tools.
  • Lead business negotiations to ensure fair cooperation terms and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to inform product iterations and market strategies.
  • Provide technical support and business consultation to customers, enhancing customer loyalty and business growth.
  • Set and achieve personal and team business development goals, including key performance indicators like new customer acquisition and API transaction volume growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, computer science, information technology, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within financial institutions, internet companies, or the blockchain industry.
  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market and concepts such as API trading systems and high-frequency trading.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Strong market acumen and adaptability to industry dynamics.
  • Fluent in Russian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners.
