Institutional Business Development Manager (Remote, Russian Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Business Development Manager (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Bitget. What You'll Do

• Identify and target potential market makers, brokers, and other customer groups who utilize API as their primary trading tool.
• Lead business negotiations to ensure fair and reasonable cooperation terms, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Continuously analyze the API trading market dynamics and competitor strategies to inform product iterations and market strategies.
• Provide technical support and business consultation to customers, solving problems and promoting continued business growth.
• Set and achieve personal and team business development goals, focusing on key performance indicators such as new customer acquisition and API transaction volume growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, computer science, information technology, marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales within financial institutions, Internet companies, or blockchain industries.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market and understanding of API trading systems, high-frequency trading, and quantitative trading.
• Strong communication skills in both Russian and English, with the ability to engage with international partners effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to market trends and formulate effective strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with successful cases of connecting with API customers such as market makers and brokers.
• Basic IT knowledge to facilitate effective communication regarding technical details.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
